For designing purposes we use CAD software – SolidWorks. Programs for CNC machines are developed in DelCAM PowerMill and for EDM’s in PEPS CAM.
We machine unusual materials like: rare types of stainless and heat-resistance steel, sintered carbides, graphite, high-speed steel, plastics.
Other internal processes: TIG/MIG welding, pulse padding, sand blasting, hardening, tempering, powder and liquid painting, laser marking and engraving.
The processes carried out by verified subcontractors: electroplating, laser, plasma and water cutting, anodizing, black oxide treatment, titanium nitride (TiN,TiAN), vacuum and brine hardening, rubber coating.
